DIRECTIONS:

Mix 2 well-rounded tablespoons (28 grams) of drink mix in 8 ounces of cold water. Stir briskly until dissolved.

Consume one serving every second or third day (2 or 3 servings per week) approximately 60 minutes before exercise. For best results, drink on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after eating). Alternatively, product can be taken immediately before bedtime or upon awakening in the morning.
