COMPATIBLE WITH MOST WEIGHT VEST PLATES.  Plate compartments (Dimensions: H:13″ x W:11″ x D:1″) are both in the front and back side of the vest so you can customize your workout weight. Weight plates are sold separately, and are available at pairs of 4 lbs, 6 lbs, and 9 lbs to create a 10 lb, 14 lb, and 20 lb vest respectively. The maximum weight per pocket is 17 lb, with a maximum total weight of 36 lb. Compatible with most brands that sell weight plates for vest.
